I figured it was probably a random shut down because i know nexus 5's have random restarts that is awaiting a fix in 4.4.3.....so basically my phone shut off in class on its own and wont turn back on. even when i threw it on a charger nothing happened. Anything i can do besides bring it to a store?

Its not instant. I reset it. ..and it comes back on multiple times ! But after 5-10 mins it stays off until I'm low again. try some stabul in you tank every fill up it will clean up the ethenal and debrie that may be causing it. I had same problem now light goes off at 2.5 miles consistanly.
